This paper take the overpass across the South Fourth Ring Road and on BeijingPuhuangyu highway as project background, and make research about the construction andcontrol technology on small radius curves concrete-filled steel box beam bridge.(1) In order to reduce the impact on the existing traffic for the bridge construction,proposed the compound bracket as a new construction program when the construction spaceis limited, and applied it to the construction of the project successfully.(2) Using finite element method, established the model of the compound bracket andcurved concrete-filled steel box beam bridge, simulated the stress and deformation on thecontrol section of them in various stages and provided a theoretical basis for the constructionand control.(3) According to the monitoring technology program of the bridge and the result ofbridge analysis, developed the monitoring program for the composite bridge and falsework,monitored the stress and deformation of the control section on them, provided a guarantee forthe construction of the bridge.(4)Summarized the construction technology of the overpass across the Fourth Ring Roadand on Beijing Puhuangyu highway, formed a new "steel box-concrete composite bridgeconstruction technology". It can effectively resolve the problem between bridge constructionand the traffic, and values greatly about bridge construction in city.
