Abstract/Summary:
Along with the industrial production and the development of science and technology, machinery and equipment reliability, availability, maintainability and safety issues have become increasingly prominent,it is promoted that people should research the Fault mechanism and diagnosis technology about large-scale mechanical, at present, we mainly from the fault rule, fault symptom and fault model to study on mechanism of compressor fault. Because most shafting vibration fault are reflected in vibration signals, so the research of shafting vibration fault is based on vibration signals. Thus this text is aimed at the large machinery axial flow compressor’s operational principle and fault characteristics, through the mechanical vibration signal to carry out fault identification and diagnosis.Lab VIEW is currently the most widely used, the fastest, most powerful graphics software integrated development environment, it is regarded as a standard data acquisition and instrument control software, this text use the LabVIEW software platform built a data acquisition system, collected the vibration signals, and used Fourier transform and wavelet transform to analyse and process the vibration signals from the time domain and frequency domain of the two scales, by monitoring vibration state of the compressor,extracted the effective featurecharacteristics of the vibration signal, and combined with pattern recognition algorithms on the vibration signal to classificate and recognize that to make a diagnosis of fault signals,so to achieve the research of fault diagnosis method for the vibration signal.Experiments show that the system is feasible and effective for identification and diagnosis function. For large machinery vibration analysis and diagnosis provides a train of thought.
