Theory And Practice Of Environment Design On Convalescent District

Under the background of acceleration of aging and sub-state population and knowing the importance of Green Lands in Convalescent District as well as the urgent demands of entire society, in this paper, both domestic and international prospects of landscape design about Convalescent District have been combine. Meanwhile, proper planning and classification are available. The combination of environment elements, such as plants, water features, roads, gardens, sensory factors and vision, hearing, touch, smell, taste, which belong to the personal feelings, has been analyzed. On the basis of such thoughts, gardening method,Chinese medicine and longevity culture of Chinese traditional gardening have been used in such planning in order to build the great Convalescent District with Chinese unique characteristics. Besides, such thoughts also offer the references to Green Land Planning of Convalescent District hopefully.In this paper, the requirements of Green Land system of Convalescent District, the principles of Green Land planning and the layout of Green Land of Convalescent District have been demonstrated.The proper use of Landscape elements, such as plants, waterscape, streets and Feeling elements, concluding vision, hearing, touch and smell has been analyzed systematically as well as we summarize the considerations and attentions during designing the Green Land in Convalescent District.Taking the No.l Convalescent District of Jinan Military Region as the example, interior landscape has been analyzed in details and landscaping practices of Green Land of Convalescent District have been studied. Besides, we put forward the highly-targeted recommendations.
