It can reduce energy consumption in the maximal degree for every motor using voltage-regulation, if the voltage of the port of transformer is regulated slimly, The effect of energy conservation is also obvious, so some problem are studied.(1) The energy-saving optimizing of the single motor is as a study starting point in this paper, and establishing the integrated input power’s optimal voltage mathematical model of single motor. The comparison of the experiment and theoretical calculations prove the correctness of the model. It provides a theoretical basis for single motor energy-saving regulator.(2) Because of the effects of the saturation on the excitation reactance is large, and induction motor’s load torque can’t be easy to get. excitation reactance and load torque calculating methold based on measurable electric quantity is given. Combining with newton methold to solve this problem. The theoretical and testing results are compared and proved our conclusion to be correct.(3) In this thesis the energy-saving optimizing of motor system is studied, the minimum comprehensive input power mathematical model is used. because of the complex nonlinear and complicated constraints problem of this model, the nonlinear programming’s Lagrange multiplier method is adopted to optimize calculation. At the end it proves the overall optimization of motor system to be superior by the example. |
