| The problem must be attention that the greenhouse gases emission reduction in the social and economic development. China’s coal-dominated energy structures of high carbon enables reduction of greenhouse gas emission have limitations, our country become a few of counties pressure object, coal-fired power plant based power generation faces the hitherto unknown pressure. The power industry is under active development and utilization of renewable energy in order to meet the nation energy-saving and environmental protection and greenhouse gas emission reduction requirements, as the condition that introducing the carbon capture and the carbon storage technology are not ripe. The use of renewable energy to replace traditional energy generation can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emission. With China’s economic development rapidly, there are more and more formalization breeding farm appear, the scale of farms for centralized processing of livestock waste, realize the harmless, resource and energy changed is very advantageous. The biogas power generation of formalization breeding farm on the one hand reduce the livestock manure fugitive emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere; the other hand has replaced by conventional energy power generation of greenhouse gas, realization of greenhouse gas emission reduction. Rational planning the biogas power generation project of the formalization breeding farm rationally planed, can reduce the environmental pollution, improve the performance of the system, and improve the utilization rate of resources and increase economic profit. With the optimized model in social economic system and the continuous application, system uncertainties also appears ceaselessly. The study aim at renewable energy to be used and planed reasonably, using integer programming method for site selection, and interval programming method to handle the model uncertainty, combined with IPCC organization providing greenhouse gas estimation methods and default values, biogas power generation location for formalization breeding farm based on greenhouse gases emission reduction model, put forward biogas project location, size optimization. Case analysis shows that:after optimization model, formalization breeding farm biogas power project number from the9optimization [5,8]; the optimized to increase profits [8113,25190] yuan/day; optimization of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide) than the original scheme to reduce [1.8×1010,2×1010] carbon dioxide equivalent. On the case of optimization of environmental risk analysis, the result showed that the optimized scheme is not on the environment and residents have a optimization scheme of the utility and safety. |
