The scroll air compressor is a kind of fluid mechanical which gas compression is implemented by changing the capacity chamber volume. Orbiting scroll and fixed scroll are the key parts of scroll compressor, the processing precision of which will affact the performance,processing costs and the time-cost.In order to evaluate the processing quality of the profile,the machining accuracy of the profile needs to measure.Several key issues of measuring techniques of fixed scroll are deeply and detailedly discussed in this dissertatin.1. The basic profile theory of fixed scroll is studied and the advantages and disadvantages of existing measuring methods are compared.Based on this,the overall method of non-contact profile error measurement of fixed scroll wrap of scroll compressor is designed.And the point distribution strategy of profile error measurement of fixed scroll wrap based on surface curvature change is given.2. The processes and procedures of profile error measurement of fixed scroll wrap is described.And the possible systematic errors generating in the measuring process is detailedly simulated and analyzed using matlab.3. The mechanism of noise in the measured data is described.The three-point method used to remove the obvious noise point is described and the simulation is done.Then based on cylindrical and linear filtering algorithm,the gaussian filtering algorithm for the profile error of scroll wrap is given and the simulation is also done.4. The error evaluation mathematical model of scroll profile is described and the objective function of the profile tolerance evaluation is constructed by using the least squares method.The C++program is written for the algorithm of profile tolerance evalution,and the evaluation of profile tolerance of scroll wrap is accomplished.5. The host computer measuring software is written using MFC framwork in Visual C++6.0environment.And the experimental platform of scroll profile error measurement is put up.The coordinate data of the scroll profile is collected and the least squares method is used to evaluate the profile tolerance.The evaluated result is compared with the other coordinate measuring software,and the validity of the method is proved.
