Study On The Quality Promotion Of Landscape Design In Ecological And Residential Zone

Habitation is essential to human life. Athens Charter refers it to “the primary activity ofcity”. The famous architect Ahihara Yshinobu claimed that” human exist for habitation”.Landscape in residential area, as a critical constituent of that of the city, was valuedincreasingly from a shelter to a place where people can be satisfied materially and spiritually.Our country is confronting great challenges in the construction and management of urbanresidential environment. Unbalance between population and land; environmental deteriorationand erosion of the natural cultural heritage are perplexing us. The proposals of Green residenceand Ecological residence are indicating the direction for the landscape design of the residentialzone and providing a broader development space. Landscape design of residential area shouldspeed up its paces to transform from the model of indiscriminate pursue of effectiveness andrate of investment returns to a virtuous cycle system which aim to plan harmoniously, to utilizeenvironmental-friendly construction materials and energy, to manage intelligently, to recyclereasonably and to humanize the society in our residential environment.Study on the relevant conceptions and the typical domestic and international cases.Themethodology is summarized to promote the environmental quality of the ecological residentialzone and proposed the systematic prototype of the landscape evaluation in the residential area,as well as laid a foundation for further study from the perspective of green residential design,economical waterscape design, sustainable developmental plantscape design, humanizedpavage design and energy utilization design I tend to precede this paper from ecology,architecture and aesthetics which are related with my research area. Moreover I am lookingforward to laying a foundation for further study. Here,I put theories into practice and selectYuanyang Shinkansen Plot in Tianjin as the planning and designing area in which utilize themethodology that has been acquired through the research. The design principally andintrinsically fringes on the idea to construct a residential environment which is comfortable, healthy, effective, efficient as well as aesthetically acceptable so as to exhibitpeople-orientation. The target of the design of ecological residential area is to pursue aharmonious uniformity between nature, constructions and humanity.
