Reinforced concrete extensive used in modern architecture engineering, thedurability of concrete should not be ignored when the structure of the capacityrequirements was met. The corrosion of reinforcement is the main factor that influencesthe durability of concrete concrete. Rust corrosion cause structure componentperformance recession, and influence the bearing capacity of components, and threat thestructure of long-term applicability. Corrosion of reinforcement in concrete is acomplicated process, including chemical reaction and physical function of stainless steelcorrosion expansion force.The corrosion of reinforcement is an electrochemical reaction process, generatecorrosion products around the impact extrusion of concrete form, namely rust expansionforce; Environmental factors influences rust corrosion, such as the environment andgeneral chloride corrosion caused by carbonization reaction of steel atmosphericcorrosion; Internal material of reinforcement concrete also has a great influence to steelcorrosion, if the concrete has dry density,anti-japanese resistance, corrosion currentdensity is small, the corrosion of reinforcement slow; high energy density of Cementcan improve the carbonation abilityof the concrete, based on the material forcarbonization and compactness more; Concrete component load capacity will decayafter corrosion, concrete section size will reduce after injury, reinforced effective sectionwill reduce, the yield strength between concrete and reinforced is reduced, and thebonding degradation between concrete and reinforced, the bearing capacity ofcomponent drop with the development of the corrosion.The rapid corrosion test method used to research the process of steel corrosion, andconsiders the influence of reinforced layer, diameter, resistance of concrete, shale lightcrude aggregate concrete to corrosion. Through to the corrosion test results statistics,this paper discusses the corrosion cracks and corrosion rate, the relationship between theanalysis of the corrosion resistance of concrete shale ability, through a large number ofcorroded reinforced the pull-out tests determine the bonding strength performanceimpact coefficient that suit this test.It is concluded that the test for fitting equation through the corrosion of crackobservation records, try some corrosion rate scope crack corrosion rate fittingrelationship; concrete cover crack width is smaller with Reinforced protective coatingand the the diameter ratio; Through the bond pull out tests knows in4%~14%corrosion rate of reinforcement in concrete limit bond strength effect coefficient onaverage0.6~1.1; By comparing the shale concrete, ordinary concrete, corrosion resistance performance of self-compacting concrete we know that if it has the sameconditions consistent cases, shale concrete has the same ability to resistance corrosion;Corrosion resistance of concrete and inversely proportional to speed; the larger ofCorrosion current density, the faster rust reaction.
