Now, with random vibration theory to study the response of the structure and its probability nature are building structure characteristics of the important development of seismic theory. As the structure for seismic action is a random process. Earthquakes are common in China.Since the founding of the republic, China has increasingly built many large facilities, there are many great influence buildings in the world,such as the dams, big span buildings, great bridges, etc.In the research of these large structure of seismic, the fierce space effect of theearthquakes should also be taken into consideration. The Pseudo Excitation Method of random vibration for the low efficiency of the calculation method has made substantial breakthrough. It transforms the calculation of stationary stochasticresponse into Jane harmonic response, and transforms the calculation of the nonstationary random response into gradually integral calculation. with the structure size gets more complicated, the challenge of aseismic design of structure is becoming bigger and bigger,which raises a higher claimtothe accuracy of the results of random vibration earthquake-resistant calculation.To generalize rich achievements of this technical discipline in the application of the engineering.The paper analyses Concrete Frame Structure in the action of random vibration inaspects of the calculating method of structural response and the characteristic ofearthquake response. The main research contents are as follows:1.To analyze high-level framework structure of random earthquakeresponse on the basis of random vibration pseudo-excitation method. The high level framework structure is simplified to the model of shear layer, and takes advantage of random vibration pseudo-excitationmethod and Ansys of SAP2000to respectively analyse the natural vibration of the model, then comparing with two results, the reliability of the models is proved.2.Collecting materials calculating correlation parameters, and drawing accel-erating curves of white noise model.Then to determine theacceleration input model. With random vibration pseudo-excitation method to calculate relative storeydisplacement of the high-level framework structure. And the result compared with which caculated by Ansys of SAP2000, proves the accuracy of the Power spectral analysis with white noise model of SAP2000, which has been revised bythe suggestion of Clough and Penzien.3.To research the law of random response for High-level framework structure in the action of random seismic with SAP2000,has gotsome beneficial conclusion about High-level framework structure in the action of the earthquake.
