This paper is about the application situation of catalyst factory pipeline trestle. Its maincontents are as follows:(1) According to the existing regulations and potential safety hazard of pipe racks, thepaper puts forward reasonable scheme for reliability evaluation of pipe racks in catalystfactory system.(2) All the loads acting on a pipe racks were calculated. In addition, according to thepractical conditions, load combination was proposed. The relationship between fixed-pipingtrestle and movable one was obtained by means of comparison. As a result, the importance ofloads could be determined, which would be helpful for the simplification and rapiddesignation in the fixture.(3) In this paper, three-dimensional structures of beam mechanical models wasestablished for anchor. The solid element are used in meshing. Deadweight of pipes, thedeadweight of beam,layer of heat preservation weight,medium weight, horizontal force onbeam caused by temperature variation of pipes are considered. Boundary condition is fixedconstraint in areas contact with endside of beam and hinged constraint in areas contact withmiddleside of beam.Afterwards finite element analysis of the beam was performed. Themodel was computed and the capacity were checked.
