Windpower as a low carbon form of energy and more mature energy technology, there is along application in human history. After entering the21st century, oil and coalresources gradually drying up. Wind power has its jazzing-up the youth.In previous there are much of the work on wind field, but much more is aboutmacro experience, which was little for specific field mesosphere of the wind byqualitative analysis. The operation of the wind turbine by some factors of impact, thepeculiar conditions of air and negative shear of hills winds field; Specific air quality,such as dust and the surface roughness caused the change of blade; in specifiedconditions, the use of flap to increase the wind ability of the impeller. There are a lotof researches on airfoils, but, the old research often ignores the practice of the windfield. This paper combined with the wind of the field characteristics and fluctuatingfactors of the wind on the airfoil for a further study.CFD is a major way to study the fluid mechanics problem. Application of UDFfunction of the commercial software Fluent, which compile the wind speed profilecurve. Through software Gambit, the establishment of the geometry of the terrainsimulation model to analyse the change rule of the wind speed on differrnt terrainconditions. Combined with the change of wind speed, and puts forward theoperational characteristics of airfoils and the mathematical model of the speed pulse.The analysis of the pulse of wind speed that effect on the airfoil pneumaticperformance, combining with the comprehensive analysis of the change of severalairfoils.Wind power as a carrier of wind power, affected by innate factors. Among themthe choice of wind farms and positions of wind turbines, directly related to the windpower generation. Becaouse understand wind power distribution in the complexterrain environment, you can avoid adverse terrain conditions. Through the analysisof the wind, get some conclusion. In the terrain of the ridge found, two dimensionalsimulation for gentle slope topography, the wind resource is of great value. At thetop of the mountain wind velocity increased very obvious. Steep mountain causeoutflow turbulent and formed the velocity distribution of the no rules, and the slope of the leeward still formed the backflow.
