| The Nitrogen oxides are one of the most important pollution and are generatedby burning coal. Their impact on global environment and human health is serious.The power plants are critical place of burning coal. Therefore, we should control andreduce the emissions of NO_xeffectively, which reduce their harmfulness to the worldand people and improve our national economy.By employing the fluent software, we simulate the400t/h boiler of a power plantand study air staged combustion technology’s impact on NO_xformation andcombustion in the boiler. First, we learn three NO_xprinciples. By simulating theinitial condition of boiler, we can get flow field, velocity field, temperature field,component field and NO_xdistribution in the boiler. We can conclude the regularity ofthe flow, convection and combustion in the boilerAccording to air staged combustion technology, we rebuild the boiler—that is—adding a flat of burn-out wind, changing air’s match to decreasing the NO_xandusing two typical coals. By such change, we can acquire five conditions. We canconclude that air staged combustion can reduce NO_xformation from analyzing theresult of every condition. We can change the combustion condition properly, whichhas effect on low NO_xand can heighten the efficiency of boiler.The result provides some ideas for the research of reducing NO_xemission andair staged combustion technology in the future... |
