The sustainable development of society and economy has become a common understanding in the global world, the UN also has called on each country to pay attention to the development of energy-efficient economy. Today, international oil prices are rising steadily, energy supply is growing increasingly tense, and environmental conditions are getting worse. Under this situation, each country in the world is actively seeking to guarantee energy supply, and making great efforts to develop the research on energy-saving technology in order to improve the energy utilization efficiency. Said to shipping industry, the research on shipping energy-saving has become an important subject in shipbuilding and shipping circles. Under such background, according to the features of waste heat caused by marine diesel engine and technology of organism Rankine cycle, this paper designs a system for recycling waste heat caused by marine diesel engine, makes a certain research on waste heat recovery power generation system in terms of theory, also designs system’s key components, such as evaporator and condenser, and a preliminary simplified experimental scheme of system.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces and compares the research status and methods on existing domestic and international waste heat recovery technology. Combined with the characteristics of waste heat caused by marine diesel engine and technology of organism Rankine cycle, the paper designs a new waste heat recovery system for marine diesel engine based on organism Rankine cycle, which is different from previous utilization method of marine waste heat, and makes a thorough research foe system. Base on the research about relationship between the temperature, which is produced by system fluid and marine diesel engine’s waste heat entering system, and system’s optimum evaporation temperature, pure organism R134a is selected as system’s cycle fluidSecondly, aiming at an advanced new waste heat recovery system for marine diesel engine, the irreversibility mathematical model of system is established, on that basis, the thorough exergy analysis and steady-state heating calculation of the key component, which is in the waste heat recovery system for marine diesel engine, such as evaporator and condenser, have been theoretically done.Thirdly, the paper designs and calculates model parameter of the key component which is in the new waste heat recovery system for marine diesel engine. Base on system diagram and exhaust parameters of marine diesel engine, makes the heat balance analysis and heating calculation for the key component such as evaporator, steam turbine(turbine installation) and condenser, obtains component’s related design parameters, and preliminarily researches the optimization of heat exchanger.Finally, the paper designs relevant computer structural model according to calculated parameters of evaporator and condense, presents an initial assumption for lectotype and reform of steam turbine. In order to validate the feasibility of system, the preliminary simplified experimental scheme of system is put forward, and the preliminary simplified experiment plant is designed.Compared to traditional steam boiler and hot-exchange water pipe, the system studied in the article has advantages of high efficiency, high environment protection, simple structure, etc. So this paper studies with great application prospect and significance. |
