With the rapid development of waterway transport system, the scale of inland waterway and shipping becomes more and more extensive. The weak monitor method in waterway has been causing more and more serious economic losses. As the important navigation marks for helping ships sail in the rivers and ocean, the navigation lights provides multiple kinds of information services for the safety and convenience of navigation.Following the development of information technology, the technology of the navigation light, which reforms the power of navigation light from kerosene in early times to solar energy nowadays, has created a huge security benefits for waterborne trade, and develops with the increasing of needs of the community and the development of science and technology. Solar navigation light regarded as some relatively advanced navigation light still has many defects, such as functionality、 easily be damaged by passing ships、need be examined regularly and partly part by workers、and the high cost of maintenance and management. How to realize the remote monitoring the status of the navigation light、avoid being hit and generate alarm after being hit is becoming the concern of the sea-route administers day by day.According to such situation, the design scheme of the multifunctional solar integration navigation light is introduced in this topic. It make use of some methods such as:pseudo-range differential positioning for GPS with high resolution、ultra-sonic distance measurement with large sensing range and temperature compensation、 function of anti-collision warning、combined with the GPRS communication technology and virtual instrument technology to realize the remote monitoring function.This provides the key technical foundation for digital channel construction based on the internet of things principle, which is valuable for improving the informatization level of secure management of the channels, the main works can be summarized as follows:1) Using modular design method and designed the power management unit、 the front-end data acquisition uni、collision early warning unit、GPRS wireless transmission scheme and visual manage unit based on the design principles of low-power.This paper has also proposed the goal of the management of low-power control. 2) Using the method that make use of ultrasonic distance measurement with large sensing range and temperature compensation which can realized the function that complete ultrasonic range-finding with high accuracy.This method can be used among the range of20meters.3) With using a new method of pseudo-range differential positioning for GPS with high resolution to reduce error, achieved the plan that the positional precision is improved to less than3meters.4) Transmitting the data of range information、positional information and the status of the navigation light to server with GPRS wireless transmission.5) Real-timely and intuitively displaying the status of the navigation light by establishing software system of the remote monitoring center with constructing SQL database in a upper computer of the server, writing a friendly man-machine interface software based on LabVIEW software technology.
