As energy crisis and pollution caused by automobiles getting worse, new energy vehicles to replace traditional fuel automobile, becomes the trend of the automotive industry development in the future. Pure electric cars as one of the new energy vehicles, have a broad development prospects. Including drive motor and reducer, the powertrain incentive and pavement incentive are two main vibration sources of pure electric cars, and they have an important influence on the performance of NVH and result in passenger’s uncomfortableness. Powertrain mount system can effectively reduce the vibration spreading to the car’s frames, so it is necessary to carry out new design and research.Based on consulting a number of literature, and on the basis of referring to traditional engine mount system design theory, combining with the actual of pure electric cars, this paper has a new try on the design of powertrain mount system, which has certain practical value.By using the powertrain mount system of KK series pure electric vehicle produced by Linyi Yida Electric Automobile Co., LTD as the research object, this paper firstly use the Pro/e software to build the three-dimensional model of powertrain of this series pure electric vehicle, then use Pro/E and ADAMS shared data form, import the three-dimensional model into ADAMS software, simplify and create mount components, establish powertrain and mount system dynamics analysis model. According to relevant simulation analysis theory, discusses the service behaviour of pure electric vehicle’s powertrain and mount system under the condition of the motor working at the rated speed, brake and sharp turn, finally, through the optimization function of the ADAMS software to optimize the system parameters, this paper gets a better design scheme, then test and verify the design scheme by experiment.
