| Water is one of the most important elements in the landscape and water is the source of life. Since ancient times, people choose to live beside water. Nowadays, people are increasingly aware of the real high quality of life is integrated into the natural and harmonious ecological environment. Therefore, the waterscape design is always a key part of the landscape design, the needs of waterscape are more urgent and important for people. However, water resource is not wealthy in our country. A large number of manual water landscape cannot protect ecological environment. Moreover, it will aggravate energy and material consumption and cause a series of environmental problems especially in northern China because of the water scarcity which is coupled with cold and dry weather in winter, torridness in summer, lack of rivers and lakes. Resulting in waterscape is emerging a series of practical problems such as "empty pool""dried-up swag", eutrophication of water and landscape is sameness in the waterscape design of the northern region. Occupants, developers and designers, as well as a variety of public opinion query the necessity of landscape. It will be a long-term direction about how to meet people’s goals of waterscape and comply with the environment of the northern region.In this paper, the research category is the manual water landscape in the northern region.According to the practical problems in the water landscape at present in north region, we do analysis for these problems and shortages and also for the design of water landscape in the north region.We work out some way of different property to solve these problems which can also avoid the phenomenon from happening again to a certain extent. In the meantime, considering the character of the water resource in the northern cities which are lacking water, this paper provides a style which fits the design of indigenous water landscape--the combination of rain collection and usage with the design of water landscape. We turn the waste water into usable water and use the rain as a resource which has very important comprehensive benefit on society, economy and environment on the aspects of descreasing the waste of water resource, preventing the floods, improving the environment of urban and living area and building a better living environment. Water-saving water landscape design make the "Open source" and "Throttle" as the principle. In the macroscopic level, water saving design changes the old way of rain using in urban which was the central drainage system into area of the water system shunt set. From the microscopic level, we analyze the design procedures from the two stages of rain collection and rain usage in northern area. Finally, referring to the design of water landscape in Hebei Anping park, by means of the mix design of water design, water resource selection, management of water quality, architecture, botany, coast, road and acoustic and lighting, we make a comprehensive and in-depth research for the theory and method of building the manual water landscape in northern city and conclude some principles that the water landscape design need to follow in north region. |
