Research On Stability Of High-Pier And Lange-Span Bridge Ballasted Jointless Track

At first,high-speed railway in china’s current development were discussed in this paper,review of domestic and international stability of CWR research,then create a finite element model of CWR, comprehensive consideration of various factors on the stability of CWR,had come to the main facters to the displacement of CWR, and the experimental was done to strengthen the track,come to ballast glue to the strengthen track bed has an important role in overall performance.(1) In the CWR model,both the rails and the sleepers were simulated with three-dimensional beam element,the longitudinal stiffness,vertical stiffness of fasteners and the pads under rail were simulated with the non-linear springs,the lateral rigidity,torsional stiffness of the fastener nodes were simulated with linear springs,the longitudinal resistance,horizontal resistance and vertical resistance of the track bed were simulated with the non-linear springs,the model of the paper can analyze various facters which affect the track horizontal,vertical displacement.(2) In the paper.analyzed the effect of the horizontal and vertical initial displacement and wavelength,curve radius,curve linear,vertical displacement, track bed parameters etc, and analyzed the variation of lateral displacement curve under temperature pressure and vertical displacement,obtained the important factors of influence track lateral and vertical displacement.(3) The text around the ballast glue to strengthen the track bed overall performance and improve circuit stability has an important role carried out experimental research,obtained the track bed with ballast glue has a better overall performance,ballast resistance has been greatly improved,the overall flexibility of the track bed can be further strengthened,ballast glue can be used to strengthen local seamless lines,spray ballast glue can be used as a measure to improve the stability of the track.
