| As the rapid development of the modern transport, a large number of runnels are constructed in recent years. Nowadays much more attention is given to the quality of the projects, and studies on the quality inspection and evaluation system for the tunnel are extensively carried out. Since primary support is a key part of the project, it also received some studies. But for a long time, there is not an evaluation system that is able to give out an integrated evaluation in time for the primary support of the highway tunnel, and the quality problems can’t be found and treated immediately. Based on this, the comprehensive evaluation of the quality for primary support is explored elementarily in this thesis.Based on the engineering case of the Goldfish tunnel, the thesis studied on the quality inspection and evaluation system for the primary support of the highway tunnel. The studies of the thesis consist of the following contents:· According to the features of the primary support and the main problems found during the construction, the main inspecting factors are selected and suggestions on the inspecting methods are given out.· The evaluation indexes which can relatively reflect the quality of the primary support are selected, and the evaluation guideline system is constructed. Afterwards, the index weight and the membership function are determined by adopting arrangement analytical method. Finally the second class fuzzy judge model is set up.· Quality of the Goldfish tunnel’s primary support is evaluated by the system. The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation, so the evaluation is feasible. What’s more, computer program is compiled for rapid evaluation.· In order to find out the effect of the shotcrete strength on the stability of the primary support, the numerical simulation analyses are conducted based on five work conditions. The result shows that when the shotcrete is lack of strength, the displacement convergence rate slows down. In certain cases, it even can’t be converged. So it’s concluded that shotcrete strength has a significant effect on the stability of the primary support. |
