With the rapid development of automobile industry as well as people increasingly high demand for high-performance, low emissions, the study and development of electronic control technology are paid more attention. The control system of software and hardware which is the key technologies of electronic control unit (ECU) is still relatively backward in our country. It is necessary to develop automotive electronic control products which have independent intellectual property rights.The object of this paper was465Q gasoline engine. And the model was built in Matlab/Simulink environment. We got the initial data of the fuel injection by the model. And it is clear that the control algorithms and strategies were feasible. The software and hardware design was based on the development board of EDK-XUPV5-LX110T, the family of Virtex-5which manufactured by the company of XILINX. There are five main aspects in this paper:1. Using fuzzy and PID control theory is the combination of fuzzy-PID control of the idle process. Idle speed of the simulation diagram obtained by simulation and found that the integrator to eliminate the error can make the system faster, more stable and reach the idle condition, the default speed.2. In the traditional engine model, based on the average, add the film evaporation sub-model, which makes the engine model established in this paper is not only suitable for steady-state conditions, but also suitable for transient conditions.3. First the initial data was obtained by the model calibration, and then the calibration results were trained by BP neural network, finally the fuel injection MAP data was acquired. Both the linear interpolation method and BP neural network were compared.4. The fuel injection system used an embedded design. The platform of hardware based on microblaze while the platform of software based on SDK. Microblaze soft core was the core of the embedded system. Such as hardware design, hardware configuration, software design and debugging were all depended on it. In this paper, I also customized an IP core which can detect the amount of fuel injection, while developing the system of hardware.5. Write the fuel injection control program of the electronically controlled fuel injection system, which can meet the demand of the electronic fule injection system of456Q gasoline engine.
