| In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of our national economy, the acceleration of urbanization and the traffic congestion increasing, owing to the advantages of its non-pollution, low noise and high-speed, rail transit is adopted by more and more cities, which has gradually become an important part of modern urban construction. The power supply system is to ensure the normal operation of the entire rail transit. The power supply system with the characteristics of technology-intensive, complex operation, requires the staff engaged in power supply system to posses a higher quality. It is impossible to show or explain the importance and continuity of power supply system during the normal operation of power supply system. If break the rule, it is easily to cause the switch mistakenly touch, tripping, and power outages, which will bring irrevocable loss for the entire rail transit. How to train and evaluate the staff engaged in power supply system has become a problem, therefore, it is necessary to develop simulation training of power supply system. With the rapid development of computer technology, we can make full use of computers to simulate the operation of the entire power supply system, and constantly improve the simulation environment, in order to give the operator to create a realistic operating environment. In this paper, we use a software mode to develop the simulation training system.The paper adopts with the technology of object-oriented, OPC and database, divides the entire simulation training system into the trainee system, teacher system, model server, and data server. Based on the study object, the users can build a simulation environment through the auxiliary editing software. The whole system design takes database as the core, while the communication among the subsystem is by the OPC technology. The teacher sends commands to the model server, then the model server sends the result to the database after calculate, subsequently, the student reads the data from the database via OPC and display on the flowchart interface. Furthermore, operating in the simulation training environment is for achieving the training.OPC stands for OLE for Process Control, used for object linking and embedding for process control object. It is an industry standard, to provide a standard data access mechanism to the whole industrial field, which makes the different application areas to adopt uniform standards and data access mechanism. OPC adopts client/server mode. The paper makes in-depth understanding of COM component technology and OPC technology. Compared with traditional data access mechanism, the data communications by OPC technology, simplifies the communications design between the softwares and data servers, achieves simulation training system based on the client end and server mode.The main research content of this project:(1) The paper describes the subject’s research background and practical significance, analyzes the development of China’s rail transit and its powder supply system, and summarizes the development status of the simulation training system, on this basis, to determine the research content of the subject and research methods.(2) The paper analyzes and studies composition of simulation training of power supply system for rail transit based on OPC and all software functions, develops OPC client end of data reading through in-depth study of OPC technical standard and OPC technology basis-COM, which achieves software communication with server end, while accomplishes data exchange between various softwares by OPC technology.(3)Building a general simulation training platform, depart from specific project, with good scalability.Besides achieves simulation training, the system can also be applied to the theory teaching. The teachers make courseware editor and theoretical explanation by multimedia technology, while the system can finish intelligent scoring. Compared with the traditional simulation training, this design mode has broad application prospect and development, and wins good graces of more enterprises. |
