In recent years, the domestic coal preparation technology is developing rapidly.The early days, there were only jig selection and slot the election of the domestic coal preparation industry and process systems were imperfect. Into the1980s and1990s, our country began the introduction of international production technology and equipment, flotation and re-election, gradually replacing the traditional production process. After the year2000, coal preparation technology was further with international standards. Coal Preparation Plant introduces a large number of heavy screening equipment and the production capacity is much higher. But equipment disturbance force that causes by its operation is much larger than the old equipment, thus the plant structure vibration will exacerbate. Some plant structural vibration has been posed a threat to the health of the staff, and even of the plant structural safety and security. So the engineering problems of coal preparation plant structure vibration control need to be urgently solved.The following content is the main content of this study. First, vibration of a coal preparation plant structure and equipment were tested onsite and analyzed by using DASP project version of the2005signal acquisition and processing system which was developed by Beijing Orient Institute of Noise and Vibration. According to test results and reference to "computing power houses and structures design manual" and related specifications, the impact of plant structural vibration was evaluated. Second, using finite element analysis program ANSYS for modal analysis about the structure, the natural frequencies of the top400bands were found and the main reasons of that structural vibration was too large were analyzed. Then, using finite element analysis program ANSYS got the plant vibration harmonic response simulation analysis, compared the calculated results and measured results and corrected the calculation model, according to results Finally, through simulating structure components in computer which would be changed, found parameter changes of dynamic characteristics such as:structural natural frequencies, mode shapes and stiffness before and after reconstruction, got the section size and specific location of the add components optimized, put forward structure vibration control program, predicted the transformation of reinforcement effect with ANSYS harmonic response simulation results. After the transformation, the plant structure vibration had been effectively controlled, the maximum vibration displacement amplitude of90%of the measuring points declined, the security of the plant structure got assurance.
