Since the beginning of the new century, with the needs of social development, the grid structure has been popular in the domestic construction market. As a mature large-span space structure, the3D transfer mode of force, save steel material and other advantages are recognized by the engineering community. The roof structure of the various sports venues and industrial plants using a grid structure, which of the swimming pool, dry coal shed, and chemical plant in service environment is highly corrosive, as aging,injury, rupture of the anti-corrosion coating, structural members must corrosion, resulting in structural parts or the overall appears lack of carrying capacity or deformation, causing the accident of engineering.In order to study the influence of corrosion on the grid structure, this paper uses finite element method to simulate pyramid space grid, it is the model of the numerical experiments.it obtained the structural status of before and after corrosion by calculating, it get structural parameters changes, these parameters mainly refers to structural rods of stress and nodal displacement. On this basis, it provides some valuable conclusion through comparative analysis for corrosion action of grid structure. The main contents including:Firstly, Using ANSYS finite element softwar established pyramid space grid models in reaming pedest case,they include top chord corrosion, ventral rod corrosion, bottom chord corrosion and their common corrosion. Each kind of corrosion divided into seven cases, corrosion is descending form by structural rods of thickness of percentage from the periphery to interior. Using ansys finite element softwar carried static analysis for pyramid space grid in each kind of corrosion conditions, it obtained structural rods of stress and nodal displacement. It understands that influence on grid of static performance by comparing structural rods of stress and nodal displacement.Seeondly, in reaming Pedest case, it established the same models as static analysis in the ansys environment, using time-history analysis response spectrum method studied seismic performance for pyramid space grid, using the time-history analysis method studied dynamic performance analysis in earthquake action(8degrees) for grid, it obtained structural rods of stress and nodal displacement. It understands that influence on grid of dynamic performance by comparing structural rods of stress and nodal displacement.Finally, all researches in this artcle are concluded, some favorabl concluslons are obtained and some questions need to be solved in future are pointed out.
