Becauce of its unique advantage, supporting structure of anchor and frame lattice beams is widely applied to slope engineering. However, the strengthening theoretical study of anchor and frame lattice beams isn’t developed at present, which fall behind with engineering application. It is acted as the researchful topic of this thesis, its contents consist of anchorage loading transmission mechanism, mechanical effect of strengthening, and computational methods of frame lattice beams, the research results will provide theoretical references for design of slope anchorage engineering.Based on the interface stick-soft-slip characteristics of anchorage system, the mechanical model of loading transmission is established, and the calculation formulas of interface mechanical parameters of anchorage system are achieved by the method of mathematics, the internal relations among distribution pattern of anchor shear stress, ultimate pullout loading and destructive characteristics are analysed, and discriminant criterions and ascertain methods are presented. Suit condition of methods is given. with comparative analysis of computing results by the methods of theoretical analysis and FLAC.By the numerical simulation techniques of FLAC, beginning with the basis study of slope soil-rock mass failure and slope unstability in the natural state, mechanical effect of strengthening is done with comparative analysis of mechanical effect between natural slope and anchorage slope. At the same time, slope stabilization is analyzed under the influence of different anchor geometric parameter, which include lengthen, angle of dip and install locations of anchor, some important references for design of slope anchorage engineering are given.Based on counting principle of one beam, the computational method of frame lattice beams and its calculation procedure are provided, which can reflect its spatial character. The calculative result differences of internal forces of frame lattice beams are discussed by three different methods of Winkler elastic foundation beam, reverse beam and FLAC-3D, and the proposals of calculation method of internal forces of frame lattice beams of slope are recommended.
