From the human invented the first car in1769,in the200years of its history, carwitnessed the development and change of the technological society and It is amicrocosm of human’s exploration and knowledge. The automotive brought out thestrength of the portrayal of the entire scientific world of the human. At the same time, the strength of the national automotive industry also represents a country’s overallnational strength. In the rapid development of technology, more and more technology has affectedour daily life and brought us great convenience. The automotive industry as one ofhuman science and technology, standing in the forefro nt of science and technology.Combined with the contemporary natural resources and the cost of use, the traditionalmechanical system has been played to the limit by the human, people will focus onthe combination of technology and automotive. More efficient, more environmentallyfriendly has became the fist target for the modern automobile manufacture to pursue. The conventional engines due to the limitations of their mechanical properties, it cannot do precise gas mixing ratio and ignition timing, resulting in the gas mixing can notbe fully burnt, so that both can not reach the desired torque, but also a waste of oiland gas resources, at the same time it will also accompanied by higher polluting gasesemitted into the atmosphere. The drawbacks force the traditional mechanical engineexit the stage of history, with the invention of fuel injection engine, this series ofproblems has been solved. China’s automobile industry started late, but in the strongnational support and the hard working of the research staff, the domestic car has beenmade a great achievement. We could see our car in all series. As we all know, the electronic control unit is the core of the EFI engine, ECU isthe brain of the EFI engine, by receiving the signals of the sensors placed on variousparts of the body, ECU calculates these data and then sends commands to control the parts of the car to make the appropriate action. That means the ECU is good or notcan determine the success or failure of a car. This article focuses on the design ofSimulation System of Natural Gas Engines.Load simulation system mainly consists of simulated load modules, displaymodules, control modules, communication modules, power modules. Selection theSTMicroelectronics’ STM32F107microcontroller as the main processing chip, selection the inductor with air gap as the simulated load modules, selection the currentsensor ACS712detect the signal which down from the ECU, after shaping filteringturning through the LM324LM339,the signal comes to the main pro cessing chip, thesignal will feed back to the host computer and the display module through two ways.Through the front panel control buttons to view the fuel injection pulse width, fuelinjection timing, ignition energy storage width, ignition advance angle.Engine state can be viewed in real time and can be the following issued instructions,so that the load box to make the appropriate action. System uses CAN bus for datacommunication, system error occurs, the control module detects an error point, andissued the corresponding CAN packets through the PC and display module are twoways to inform the user of failure.
