Based on the previous studies, collected a tourmaline transportation accident cases and analyzes the cause of the accidents, this thesis has elaborated on the safety factors from the prospective of manual operation, combined packing bag, boxcar, environmental conditions and dynamics, making experimental analysis of calcium carbide by tensile load, drop test and spray test. Then it establishes the fault tree model in accordance with the actual transportation situations through the method of calculating and analyzing, and proposes effective measures to solve the problems. Finally, this thesis has put forward some suggestions on the production and use of calcium carbide combined packing bag, employee management, boxcar running state and working conditions.
