As early as in ancient times of the history of the development of mankind, people dreamed to fly like the bird in the sky. The plane can fly by the air of the device. The flaps and slats of plane are located in the front wing seam, which can be flexible rotation, so that they can effectively increase the efficiency of the wing.The control system of flaps and slats(CSFS) is typically not independent, but attached to the other control system of the plane. The main driver of system is hydraulic drived,and some is the simple electric control. Hydraulic pressure driving there will be more extra, making the system complicated. In this paper, the design CSFS is based on the motor control.This thesis first introduces the hardware environment of the system, the application of the embedded development, in the digital signal processor (DSP) on TMS320F2812realization, and the development environment is CCS (Code Composer Studio). The system is composed of the wing position controller, the motor speed controller and interface data processing, etc. The interface of CSFS is RS422standard, and the system input data if from collection code equipment, then the data processed by CSFS is send to drive decoding equipment.The software realization of CSFS is by C language development, composed power self-inspection,10ms timing interrupt and RS422receiving interrupt.10ms timing is mainly used to complete cycle interrupt tasks, such as the wing position controller, the motor speed controller to input data processing and regular output of the motor of the input voltage; RS422receiving interrupt Mainly used for receiving data, then calling the corresponding receiving function.In this thesis, the design of the control system, the pilot through the cockpsit operation lever set the state (position) of flaps or slats, and through the close-loop feedback controller controls the movement of the flaps or slats, till to meet the target state. In the control system, flaps are independent of slats, and the control principles are the same. The application of the control system is to make controling flaps and slats be intelligent, and will be easier for users to upgrade itself, such as,when the state of flaps or slats is unchanged long enough, the CPU can spare time to test various hardware module, etc.At the end of this paper, using matlab simulink tool to simulate the design of the control system, thus to verify the first part theory, and the simulation results, also can give feedback to the first part, making the first part of the modified, etc. In addition, this thesis also introduces how to use matlab for data fitting, and it allows, in the condtion of experiment, we can collect a lot of data of the control system, and find out the rules or mathematical expressions, which in turn to guide and modify the control system, making the design of control system have more practical value.
