Abstract/Summary:
The unique properties of cement-based grouting material is gradually being recognized and accepted, the field of its use will continue to expand, it play an increasingly important role in the project and have a very broad application prospects. In recent years, the research and production of concrete superplasticizer has tended towards the development of high-performance and green direction. Because of the low dosage, high water reduction rate, slump performance, non-polluting, slow setting time, low cost and other excellent performance of comb-shaped molecular structure superplasticizer, the market prospect is becoming increasingly broad, polycarboxylate superplasticizer become a research hotspot in recent years.Firstly, the paper identified a polycarboxylate superplasticizer well adapted to the high-performance grouting material through the research of polycarboxylate superplasticizer’s synthesis, then by the test determined the high performance grouting material’s composition and the optimum ratio, and studied the high-performance cement-based grouting material’s workability and mechanical properties, also analyzed the mineral admixture, defoamers, enhancers, thickeners and other factors’s affect on the performance of high-performance cement-based grouting material through the experiment.In the aspect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer’s synthesis, through orthogonal experiments, the paper analyzed the affect of the temperature, the proportion of monomer, the amount of chain transfer agent and redox on the performance of polycarboxylate, and selected the optimal combination of raw materials through the extended degree as well as its loss of paste and mortar. By analyzing the concentration of material response, the holding time, the polymerization method, the paper summed up the excellent synthetic process, and made comparision test with domestic and foreign polycarboxylate. When the ratio of the progres water, oxidizer dilution water, dissolved monomer dilution water is60%/10%/30%, and the holding time is2h, we used the way of adding part of the raw materials in advance and joining the rest by semi-continuous feeding mode, received light yellowish transparent viscous liquid PC which solid content is40%. The water reduction rate of superplasticizer PC synthesized by optimizing process is33%. The initial extended degree of grouting material can reach300mm, the slump have almost no losses after one hour,and the workability is relatively good. Adding a certain amount of slag and fly ash has little effect on the state of the grouting material, this illustrated that the synthetic polycarboxylate superplasticizer had good adaptability for binary and ternary cementitious materials.In raw material composition design of grouting material aspects,the optimal proportion of quartz sand grading is10~20:20~40:40~70:70~120=3:1:1:3.The greatest impact of quartz sand packing density is20-40mesh,and the minimal impact is70~120mesh.All of these we can analyze from raw materials composition and regulatory requirements of grouting material.We can obtain that packing density of the mixture is relatively dense when cement-sand ratio is in0.6~1(1:1.4~1:1.8) range according to fitting curve analysis.The ratio of ordinary portland cement and rapid hardening cement is350and50,considering the flow intensity and requirements of the economic performance.It can meet the technical performance indicators and is very economic. Compared to the naphthalene and amino, polycarboxylate-has a good slump performance. Drying shrinkage of grouting material is in relatively reduced and its strength have certain enhanced role.Designing a right mix proportion can be a good solution to the coordination problems of the mixture’fluidity and strength,and it can have a good working performance and mechanical properties when choosing polycarboxylate superplasticizer.This paper designed a high expansion rate and at the same time the mechanical properties of the mortar can not have a greater impact expanders HD-3from different expansion sources.The paper obtained optimal mix proportion of the grouting material from experimental study is:ordinary portland cement:cement of sulphoaluminate: quartz sand10~20:20~40:40~70:70~120:=350:50:225:75:75:225:140.The content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer PC is0.25%.Expansive agent dosage is8%.This paper mainly study on the work and mechanical properties of high-performance cement-based grouting material.and analyse of mineral admixture, defoamers. enhancers, thickeners and other factors on the performance of high-performance cement-based grouting material through the test in grouting material performance test.The incorporation of fly ash make grouting material have better mobility,but to ensure the strength its content can not be too high.Activator of incorporation increased the1d strength of the grouting material and does not affect the mobility of the grout.It can make the content of fly ash increasing to10percent to meet the technical performance requirements of the grouting material. The incorporation of slag make grouting material flow better,but in order to ensure the strength the content can not exceed15%.Microsilica and silica fume make early flexural strength of grouting material weaken.The role of3d flexural strength has little effect.Silica fume can improve the strength of grouting material especially after3d grouting material strength.The incorporation of defoamer can improve the fluidity of grouting material and impact greater on the strength of grouting material.Its strength increased by29%after joining defoamer, some even increased to more than39%.The strength and mobility of grouting material is the most reasonable when defoamer dosage is0.05g.The joined enhancer could well improve the fluidity of the grouting material, and greatly affect the strength of grouting material, when adding the enhancer, the early strength has little affect, the overall strength improvement is not very obvious but the late strength increased by11%or more, and some even up to39%. The joined Hydroxymethyl ethyl cellulose ether has little affect on the fluidity and loss of grouting material, and the early strength is not greatly affected, the joined redisperdible powers has little affect on the fluidity of grouting material,but greatly affect the loss of half an hour, and has a great influence on the early strength of the grouting material.For the the preparation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the paper made a lot of work about polycarboxylic acid synthesis, the raw material composition design of the grouting material and grouting material’s performance after optimuming the ratio, which have a posive reference and value for the future research work.
