Solar Cells and Internet of Things which have been research focus recently and also receive the country’s support is the object of our thesis. The subject of this thesis is The Research of Temperature, Humidity and intensity of Irradiation measurement method for Solar Cell Wireless Dynamic Internet of Things. The system on the research belong to one of the terminal nodes of the wireless dynamic monitoring Internet of things, as a collection of environmental data related to the important task that requires a guarantee of accuracy and precision.The total system consists of a sensor acquisition module, the wireless transmission module and RS232 serial interface modules, with the CC2530 as the MCU core, which comes with RF transceiver and a single-cycle 8051-compatible core. The CC2530 includes many different peripherals that allow the application designer to develop advanced applications.Taking the quality, adaptability and cost factors into account to select the appropriate sensor or the best measurement method. Temperature is measured by a single bus sensor DS18B20, using an external power supply and 12-bit temperature resolution which’ll simplify the software writing and fully meet the requirements of the system’s accuracy; In view of the accuracy of humidity measurements require we use the electronic humidity sensor, the capacitive sensors HS1101, The change of capacitance caused by humidity change will be convert into frequency by 555 timer. And the frequency will be measured by the use CC2530 timer 3 and timer 4.The value of humidity is obtained by piecewise linear interpolation method. Radiation intensity is measured by PMA1144 pyranometer, which is based on the principle of thermocouple that the incident solar radiation heats the sensors produce microvolt signal. After its amplification the signal goes into the microcontroller internal AD converter, and the conversion value is modeled for the radiation intensity. In addition, using the output of PMA2144 with Calibration coefficients and processing algorithms to calibrate the result by adjusting PMA1114 circuit.The test result of the system hardware and software are good. The system has good performance of stability and security and data transmission is also normal. And the test of accuracy of sensors’measurement can meet the system’s requirements.
