Because bearing the multi-level cyclic loading, the aeroplane structure components produce fatigue damage in the flying. Therefore, decreased the aeroplane security and reliability, there were the hidden trouble of security in the aeroplane flying. It is common occurrence that fatigue damage caused the aeroplane crash,so availably predict the aeroplane structure fatigue life and remove the obstacles has the important military significance and the conspicuous economic value. The fatigue life accurate prediction for aeroplane structures is a difficult problem. In order to implement condition based maintenance and improve the aeroplane security and reliability, the specific object of fatigue life prediction technology research is the pivotal aeroplane structural component in the paper. On the basis of further research the correlation theory of fatigue life, with the S-N data which gains through the long-term fatigue tests on the special test platform aeroplane structures fatigue, respectively applying the fracture mechanics, fuzzy theory and grey theory three modeling method, respectively establishes the fatigue life prediction model based on fracture mechanics, the mixed fatigue life prediction model and non-equidistance GM(1,1) model. On the basis, the above three model were used to predict the aeroplane structure fatigue life, and obtained the better research results. The research results show that the three fatigue life prediction model could availably achieve the efficiency of the aeroplane structural fatigue life prediction. In comparison, the non-equidistant GM (1,1) fatigue life prediction model is not only less prediction error but also convenient to use, Therefore, it has a perfect engineering value and application prospect.
