High-speed railway is a concentrated reflection of high-tech achievement in the contemporary time, with the improvement of running speed, the dynamic action between wheel and rail becomes obvious increasingly, especially circular curve and straight line between two curves. The length designs of circular curve and straight line between two curves are important aspect of high-speed railway, in the view of linear continuity and comfortable travel, the length of straight line between two curves should be more long, but at the section of dangerous terrain, the relatively short circular curve and straight line between two curves are set in order to adapt terrain changes and engineering quantity reduction. In the current technichal condition, taking the complex action between wheel and rail, the reasonable value of circular curve and straight line length can be deduced, which can provide the accurate design parameters and are significantly meaningful.In this paper, on the base of research data existing, basic theory of multi-body system dynamics are systemly analyzed on account of SIMPACK business software, the reasonable analytical model of CRH2is established, and the model has been verified, ensuring the accuracy and reasonabilty of simulation results; through comprehensive analyzing the effect of high-speed railway parameters on vehicle operating performance, the value range of plane design parameters of relative rail are determined.By means of vehicle-rail coupling dynamics analysis model, the effects of plan curve parameters and the rail structure running on the respones of the coupling system on the straight line between two curves or circular curve are obtained systematically under the different conditions of velocity.As a result,the reasonable value of minimum length for the high speed railway intermediate straight line (circular curve) is obtained by further calculation and analysis of the vibration decays time,with verifing the veracity of the design parameters.
