| This paper discusses the construction enterprises in the construction project in the project proceeds to operate and easy mode of risk management and control。This article takes the actual project as an example to decompose of the project management,the decomposed unit of work including the management of technology, construction and operations, contract and financial, materials, external coordination and so on. Then this paper analyzes the risk of events in each unit of work from the perspective of project benefits, and sums up the risk of incident as four categories including security risk, quality risk, cost risk and schedule risk. In the estimate of the risk event, using the usual probability calculation to estimate the probability of occurrence of risk events,then quantify the monetary value given on the size of a single risk event loss experience of the actual situation of the project and previous projects which determines the size of the risk of the project proceeds, the last use of the analytic hierarchy process to establish a risk assessment model. In the model, taking the Unit of work which benefits the greatest impact on the project as target,using the safety, the quality, the costand the schedule as rule layer,and taking five units of work for the project management as factors layer, then geting the unit of work benefits the greatest impact on the project by calculating in project management.At the end of the paper discusses the project risk response measures and control measures... |
