| On basis of the problems of Rich Water Tunnel, shallow buried, weak surrounding rock and so on, there are a lot of exploration and construction technology researches in the City Tunnel especially in the process of building railway tunnels in the southern region. To ensure the stability of tunnel and the surrounding rocks is the key factor leading to success, so some advanced support and reinforcement measures get more and more attention, among the measures the Horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting advanced reinforcement is an ideal way.The paper summarized the research achievements of home and abroad introduces the application principles of the Horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting piles in practical engineering from the aspects of the consolidation principles, influencing factors and the later reinforcement effect. And the same time, the paper combined the characteristics of the Jiangmen tunnel and based on the engineering practice provides a detailed introduction of the construction technology and construction process of the Horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting piles and also makes a deep research on the effect of the piles through the scientific research methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulations and construction monitoring. Results of this paper are as follows:(1) In the construction process of the Horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting piles, in order to ensure the mutual occlusion effects of Adjacent pile bodies which can form a continuous grouting curtain realizing the function of waterproof, the drilling elevation and azimuth must be controlled well. Meanwhile, at the time of spraying Cement Grout, the cement grout can carry on the seepage proliferation along the stratum slit to make rock stratum form a substantial mixture which can also prevent water.(2)In the construction process of the Horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting piles, controlling the withdrawal speed and the rotation speed of the drill pipe and the grouting pressure well can make the grout completely fill between layers of soil which Solidified to form a cylindrical pile maintaining close contact with the soil that is not being cut to help control ground settlement and to reduce the formation of the disturbance and to make construction of the tunnel safe.(3)By the way of continuum mechanics software, the paper establishes a horizontal Whirling Jet Grouting advanced support analysis tunnel model to make a detailed analysis of the jet grouting piles with different conditions of the tunnel excavation hole of the supporting effect of body. And combined with the construction site monitoring data to illustrate the superiority of horizontal Rotary Jet Grouting technique in reinforcement, ensuring that the stability and security of tunnels. |
