The Study And Realization Of Security Management Information System On The Railway Crossing

The security of railway crossing is one of the main problems influencing the railway transport speeding and security operations, which is also one of the main factors restricting the leapfrog development of the railway. At present, the management of railway crossing is complex even chaotic so that it is difficult to meet the requirement for train to pass the crossing quickly and securitly if there lacks a real-time security monitoring of the operation of the driver and operator on duty, as well as the crossing site.Applying the technology of informationalization, digitalization and network and realizing the standardized, processing and blocking management has a practical significance to solve the current problems of railway crossing effectively.This thesis is based on the research background of management information systems and crossing management of Chengdu Railway Bureau, combining with the crossing managing situation of Chengdu Railway Bureau, to research the information system which fits for the security system of the speeding railway crossing. The procedures of designing and applying are taken as following:1.The first step is to analyze the current situations and security problems of railway crossing management systemticly from home and abroad, pointing out the necessity of establishing the management information system of railway crossing.2.Taking Chengdu Railway Bureau’s management of railway crossing as research object, this thesis is to take the business analysis of the railway crossing management department and the analysis of actual needs of the users. And the overall design plan of security management information system of speeding railway crossing is proposed which includes some standards procedures in the development, the environment of the development, the entire system structure and the module function that should be achieved by system;3) In the aspect of design, refer to the current railway crossing management model and the new requirements of the Chengdu Railway Bureau, this system uses a combination of structured and object-oriented design methods, taking the evolution model as the main ideas and establishing design process of security management information system of the speeding railway crossing.(4)This system is based on B/S structure, using the advanced network database technology, in order to assure that the information system can work efficiently and constantly. Based on the practical situation of security management in railway crossing, the system applies the advanced technology for software development and meets the needs of crossing management to help the administration section run normally, effectively and canonically supervising the crossing information and reducing the burden of the labour. The system, which helps to establish the foundation for railway safety and high-speed running, has promotion value and utility value in accelerating the management informatization for railway crossing safety.
