Large-scale construction of urban subway must lead various lines cross and transfer problems. So there are a lot of projects which have nodes stations and tunnel passing down existing structure. The soil between new project and existing lines will settlement (uplift) because of construction disturbance formation, or even influence the existing lines normal operation when the projects passing through them. How to guarantee the existing lines normal operation when passing through engineering are constructed has become an important task.This paper based on military museum station of Beijing metro line no.9which pass through the existing metro line no.l tunnel, Analysing the influence of existing structure when Sallow buried-tunnelling method station was constructed by numerical simulation and the scene data monitoring methods. Specifically as follows:1. Using FLAC3D to simulate the excavation process of east tunnel excavation first or west tunnel excavation first. By comparing the biggest existing structure settlement of two construction situation to determine the better working procedure. And predicting the largest settlement of the existing metro structure and different settlement between two deformation cracks.2. Through the hydrostatic level and electrostatic capacitance displacement meter to get actual deformation data of existing metro when the project is constructed and compared with the simulation data. To gain the existing metro structure deformation at the division of the excavation.3. In the construction of loose surrounding rock by s Sallow buried-tunnelling method, constructer mainly grouting reinforcement to restore the large deformation because of excavation. So the paper analysis the influence of the structure uplifting by grouting.
