| In the modern concrete construction, in order to improve the speed of construction and reduce the construction costs, while conform to the trend of conserving resources and protecting the environment. A new idea is proposed in this paper. According to use glass fiber reinforced mesh fabrics, low alkalinity cement, industrial waste fly ash and other materials to produce a cement formwork as a permanent formwork used in concrete structures, which can be poured directly with the concrete in the construction, to build cement formwork and concrete composite structure, cement formwork is a part of composite structures, with the reinforced concrete structure shared bearing.Based on preliminary research results, this paper aim at the work performance of the short limb shear wall structures which use the cement formwork to carry out the experiment, mainly including the bidirectional stress test of the composite shear wall specimen and finite element analysis used in ANSYS software, which is under the condition of the different axial compression ratio, width to thickness ratio, the template form, the connection between the templates. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Through the bidirectional stress test of two specimen which use the different templates, the following conclusions are obtained:the use of cement formwork to make the short limb shear composite wall, which mechanical properties and the deformation properties are superior to using wooden formwork to make the wall, but also in the loading process, the cement formwork showed good performance, can effectively control the occurrence and development of cracks, and a good bond with concrete.(2) Through the bidirectional stress test of two specimen which have the different connections form between the templates, the following conclusions are obtained:the use of bolt connections with the composite specimen compare to the specimen which use traditional support, both of them have the same bearing capacity and deformation properties, but the former in the construction process, which simplifies the construction process, improve the progress of the project and ensure construction quality.(3) By the bidirectional stress test of the different axial compression ratio composite specimen, the following conclusions are obtained:in a certain extent to improve the axial compression ratio of the specimen, is beneficial to the deformation and bearing capacity. And through the bidirectional test of the different width to thickness ratio composite specimen, the following conclusions are obtained:in a certain extent to increase the width to thickness ratio, can greatly improve the load-carrying properties, while make it has better ductility and more safety. Using the cement formwork has never change the universal rule of shear wall structure.(4) Using ANSYS program on the four specimens carry out simulation, including the displacement-load curve, bearing capacity, the development of cracks and so on. According repeated improvements, to establish a reasonable finite element model of composite shear wall and determine the relevant parameters. The simulation results are basically consistent with the experiment result. To provide a possible of the simulation analysis of the structure stress in the lack of experimental data. |
