| Sustainable city material space planning on city climate system research until recently just started, various theories of recommended:urban heat island effect, urban wind field, city of radiation and sunshine and so on. Technology strategy in the construction dimensions of sustainable technology strategy is relatively mature, include the community construction arrangement, building shading, ventilation, solar energy utilization, energy production. Through development of nearly ten years,sustainable architectural energy-saving technology has been widely used in many engineering practice. The future development direction of energy saving technology in high-rise building should be designed through the city dimensions of top-down. In the high-rise construction the sustainable energy conservation technology, integration of building wind power generation technology is the frontier. Current engineering practice is relatively less, but the high-rise wind power building will be the new trend of development of future of high-rise building.Based on the example of contemporary world architecture to build wind power, the thesis focused on the integration of building wind power generation technology for energy saving building design; conducted the Research and design based on the object (Gao Yong road center city node, Gaogang District, Taizhou); further selected the appropriate city land to set up wind power construction and carried out design by the group of buildings to the monomer. By understanding the wind environment change principle, tall buildings under wind effect, the research summarized a series of wind power architecture design elements, include site layout, tower construction form and the elevation structure mode. The research validated the analytical results through application of Airpak wind environment simulation software.The design firstly studied local environment climate in Taizhou. and analysed the current field and its surrounding natural resources advantage. After the city high-rise building wind environment research, the design put forward a variety of site layout method. After the use of wind software simulation analysis of various architectural arrangement, the design reach the most suitable base building layout method. Through the use of software in the analysis and comparison of the best wind collection body process, several sets of wind effect of the larger building form can be screened out. The basic shape of high-rise tower can be controlled and formed. The final analysis of high-rise tower is most suitable for mounting a wind turbine parts, for wind power construction detail design.Based on the study and design of wind power construction, the thesis summarized the current design of high-rise building of the general method for wind power generation and proposed the new trend of wind power high-rise building. Wind power construction should be more suitable to local climate and environment; should make use of the climatic conditions and reasonably arrange the construction to conform to the site conditions to form architectural morphology.
