The other hand, from the90’s, the development of high-rise buildings in China entered a rapid development phase. High-rise buildings due to its own complexity,there are energy-intensive, inefficient use and a poor indoor environment such as a variety of problems.In urban design, research on Taizhou North Core Area urban design as a medium,attempts to study on the path of a set of technology, focusing on the summaryof the methods. In the architectural design, further analysis and summary are done for the proposed site specific factor: noise.Noise environment is the important department of building inside and outside.When studying,working,taking a rest,people need the peaceful building environment.With pay more attention to the harm of the noise,it embodiments the importance to control acoustics environment.How to control a noise environment of high-rise building has been a question no time to delay. The paper tries to use standardization acoustics soft-CadnaA which has been attested to sinulate acoustics environment,studies the noise level distribute data out of high-rise buildings,and finds out meatures in planning and designing.Then,the pecific means is:from the initial concept began to form,to each functional area of the organization,and then to the skin of the high-rise buildings of the design,application of various against noise strategies for the high-rise buildings in the sound environment of poor area can also be to realize the natural ventilation,so as to reduce energy consumption.Especially,the skin in architecture should definitely be thought of as an organ of the overall design.It is in harmony with its surrounding acoustics environment,and is more varied than before.Despite all the fascinating design and technical possibilities to creat architectural skins,the fact of environment and the saving of resources are taken into consideration.Thus.an important and responsible approach lies in treating the architectural skin as an integral part of controlling acoustics environment concept.
