This topic by the commission of a military unit is thermal fatigue test with aceramic protector using in manufacture. Today new energy much-needed, thestudy of solar power generation equipment pays close attention. The object ofthis research project is ceramic high-temperature materials that work undersunlight in solar power generation equipment. We have developed the test-bedsystem of thermal fatigue for ceramic protector that prevent fatigue failure in thecourse of their work and improve the lifetime of the entire solar powergeneration equipment.On the basis of analyzing functional requirements, reliability requirements,and economic requirements, by planning the product and doing demonstrationprogram earnest, designing optimal solution of the test-bed system. Themechanical device principal composes of horizontal transport part and thevertical lift part. These two parts transmission make up with deceleration devicethat belt drive, ball screw and linear guide track. Designing the two push platestructure and guiding mechanism in vertical lift part. By calculating and checking,the set of device work smooth and high reliability.Design an electrical hardware system according to the system controlrequirements. The motion of control scheme is motion control card and steppermotor. Temperature acquisition of scheme is thermocouple and data entrymodule. Wind velocity of control scheme is centrifugal blower and frequencyconverter. Design each control element by type-selection.Give the system work flow chart and analyze the functional requirements ofthe test-bed software. Design detailed the subroutine of each control system part,and then co-ordinate design full-featured program. Subroutines for motor controlsection have the program of origin of reply action, program of speed curve formotor running and program of two-axis motion interpolation. Temperature acquisition write program by serial communication and store data by ADOdatabase. First debug each subroutine, and then overall debug all programs. Thesystem has the advantages that high motion accuracy, short running time,accurate temperature data collected and high degree of automation. Softwareachieves the goal.Finally, we do thermal fatigue test with ceramic protector by using thetest-bed system. The ceramic protectors of each recipe are divided into threegroups of test. Respectively obtain the temperature data of ceramic protectorwall in heating and cooling process, and draw temperature curve. By analyzingto get the ceramic heating and cooling limit rate. Ceramic thermal fatigueresistance declines with wind speed increased by comparing cycle index ofappearing crackle. By analyzing the crack location and development trends,provide foundation for improving formulation and production process.
