A new application field of piezoelectric jet propulsion device is a combination ofpiezoelectric pump technology and water jet propulsion technology, which provide a newresearch direction to underwater drive unit. On the basis of full analysis of progress, basedon the principle of bionics and inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials, designand manufacture of the piezoelectric water jet propulsion device, and device power parts-piezoelectric backstepping spray the structural parameters of the flow pump, workingprinciple and the vibration properties of the piezoelectric vibrator theoretical analysis andexperimental testing. The main work is as follows1.The Water jet propulsion device status and prospectsThrough access to relevant information, comprehensive analysis and research onunderwater drive the development of history and prospects of applications. Micro drivesincluding the bionic drive and piezoelectric devices, piezoelectric drive unit with its ownadvantages and can be used in high efficiency, large-scale, long underwater operations; canalso be used in the hidden strong motor high-performance, serious areas of electromagneticinterference.2. Analysis and experiments on the piezoelectric actuatorAn important part of the piezoelectric jet propulsion device is a piezoelectric thrustreverser jet pump, the pump core driver components for the pros and cons of thepiezoelectric vibrator, and its performance directly affects the performance of thepiezoelectric pump. Build apiezoelectric thrust reverser jet pump test platform and test of piezoelectric thrust reverser jetpump output performance. Production piezoelectric jet propulsion device, set up a testplatform to test the speed and thrust of the device, and come to different water-jet propulsiondevice performance variation at different frequencies.
