| In recent years, with the vigorous development of automotive industry andnational standard of living increased, cars as transportation are no longer just used tomeet the needs of the travel and the requirements of consumers about comfort andsafety are also more and more higher. Vibration characteristics which are used toevaluate the comfort of a car have got more researchers’ attention. Because of the carbody mainly constitutes by the beam and board structure, so how to find an effectiveway to control the vibration of the structure to improve the comfort of vehicle hasimportant significance. Piezoelectric material as a kind of intelligent materials with itspiezoelectric effect characteristics has been widely used in the field of aviation,spaceflight, machinery, building structure.This paper takes body beam structure vibration suppression as the researchtargetand uses some domestic and foreign theoretical results of piezoelectric vibrationcontrol. With active control as a primary method and passive control research thesimplify body beam structure from three aspects. For example the theory, simulationand experiment. The main contents of the thesis mainly are as follows:1. Through the study of domestic and international piezoelectric materialsproperties and the application of oretical basis and research achievements in vibrationcontrol field, this paper summarizes research status about the piezoelectric materialsused in automobile vibration control.2. Analyze the basic properties of piezoelectric materials and the characteristicsof piezoelectric effect. In addition, deduce the equation of the piezoelectric structurewhich comprehensives electrical and mechanical properties and drive, sensor equation,and optimizate the stickup position of piezoelectric patches.3. Using ANSYS software analyze the modeling, static, mode and transient ofcantilever beam for mastering the analysis method and characteristics, and made thefinite element simulation analysis to body beam. 4. Through the research of control algorithm, use Simulink built active controlsimulation model to do the proportion feedback and PID control algorithm simulationresearch; Finally, this paper introduces the principle of passive control and the formsof piezoelectric shunt damping.5. Build the vibration control testing table of beam structure and establish theproportion feedback control and PD controller in LABVIEW. With the differentstimulations, test the algorithm correctly about control the vibration of the cantileverbeam structure at first. Then, do the same with body beam and analyze vibrationdepression effect. The result has been reduced to seventy percent of the originalstructural vibration. Passive control also has a good effect. |
