| Based on the research of1MN Deadweight Force Standard Machine (1MN DFSM),we study and discuss the load-on control technology of this machine. First of all, we takea look on the development tendency of this field in home and abroad. And then, accordingto the design concept of this device, the design decision of mechanical structure has beendraft. After that, according to the corresponding control theory, the model of controlsystem has been has been made. By the direction of this control model, we completed theexecute solution from hardware system and software system. At last, taking someexperiments refer to the national standard after coachwork. The experiments’ results showa lot of thing. On the one side, Servo control and Ethernet control system can be used inthe Deadweight Force Standard Machine. On the other hand, the use of these two controltechnology can improve the performance of this machine. And after the research on thisfield, we believe that Servo control and Ethernet control system will be extensive used,and they will play an important role in the future.With the high-speed development of national economy, the requirements ofMechanical measuring by every walk of life are higher and higher. Everyone knows thatMechanical measuring is so important to the development of military, economy andtechnology. So the research and development of1MN DFSM is of great significance.Step one, on the request of ZHEJIANG INSTITUTE OF METROLOGY; the blueprint has been made. And then, the design of mechanical structure comes into operation.This part includes several pieces. Such as Top Integration, Driving Motion Integration,Suspension Integration, Framework, and Weight Stacks. The good designs of these partslay a substance foundation of the control system.Step two, according to the new design concept, referencing to classical controltheory and introducing of the new technology, the new control system model of1MNDFSM has been present. On the one hand, we accomplished the theory argument andmodeling of Servo control from the principle of Servo System. On the other hand, bydiscussing the theory of Ethernet, we prove the feasibility and applicability of this systemand establish the Network control model. And on the third hand, we solve the communication problems by Serial Communication and Network Communication. At last,the solution model of1MN DFSM control system was accomplished.Step three, on the basic of solution model of1MN DFSM control system; weformulate the reasonable and executive solution from hardware system and softwaresystem. On the side of hardware system, we design the electrical element and electricalcircuit for servo control unit, network control unit, manual control system, monitoringsystem and emergency system. On the other side of software system, we design themodules by the way of arithmetic and flow chat and utility function. There arefull-automation weight stacks choose module, servo control module, hangs monitoringmodule, experiment process module and data processing module. And at last, completethe control system writing. So far, a distinct and integrated control system of1MN DFSMhas been presented.Step four, take a test of this machine. According to the relevant state provisions, weexperiment with non-linearity and creep. By these experiments, the performanceparameter of1MN DFSM can be characterized.The experimental results show that the performance of1MN WFSM meets thedesign requirement. What’s more, it also shows that putting network technique and Servocontrol technique into use is successful. At the same time, by using these two types oftechnique, do a lot of good to elevate the performance of this device. So, it can bepredicted that, in the near future, network technique and Servo control technique must bewidespread used and they can promote the development of this field. |
