Abstract/Summary:
The railway is the backbone of a modern integrated transport system, whichplays a decisive role on the development of the national economy and safeguardingnational security. Our country’s railway industry actively absorbing foreign advancedexperience and technology, and then we conducted lots of in-depth research onhigh-speed rail and achieved development by leaps and bounds. As the running speedof high-speed trains is constantly creating new records, people are more concernedabout smooth running and comfort of high-speed trains. As the key component of therail vehicle,the vibration attenuation performance of the suspension has plays adecisive role in the running quality of the train. Developing bogie suspensionvibration attenuation testing systems has an important is of great significance to theimprovement of trains’ smooth running and comfort, which provides data for thedesign of the bogie products.Currently there are two models of vehicle vibration testing unit, RVTU(Roller&Vibration Testing Unit) and VTU(Vibration Testing Unit). Both types of vehiclevibration testing units require a complicated hydraulic excitation system to incentivethe vehicles, which are costly and difficult in the maintenance. Therefore, it is verynecessary to develop a new type of simple structure suspension vibration attenuationtesting system.The purpose of this thesis is to study the effect of bogie suspension on smoothrunning and comfort of high-speed trains. The detecting methods of bogie suspensionvibration attenuation testing system at home and abroad were fully researched, andthen based on the existed standards, a new measuring method as well as the testmodels of bogie suspension vibration attenuation were put forward. The maincontents of the study and the results are as follows:1. The theory of bogie suspension vibration characteristics was researched. It wassummed up that the cause of the vibration from lines and vehicles. Both of suspensionsystem vibration models were established. Differential equation of single degree of freedom linear damping system vibration model was established and solved to analyzethe relation between the different relative damping and the vibration characteristics. Vehicle equivalent model was established and its vibration differential equations werecalculated by MATLAB.2. The mechanical structure of vibration attenuation testing system was designed. Based on the research on the principles of vibration attenuation testing system, three-dimensional models of the vibration attenuation testing device were establishedby SolidWorks software. The composition and working processes of the mechanicalstructure were described in details3. Hardware and software systems of the testing system were designed.Acceleration sensor, the matching signal conditioning modules and data acquisitionsystem were selected according to the scope of the test. Anti-jamming measures wereproposed based on the sources of interference in the hardware system. Generalscheme of the software design and work flow were proposed based on the modulardesign concept.4. Virtual prototype models of bogies and vehicles were established bySIMPACK Wheel/Rail. A simulation analysis of vibration attenuation test to aparticular high-speed train was carried on.
