Chi-feng region belong to sub-arctic region, the length of its annual winter is aboutfive months (the end of October to the early April of the following year). If noconstruction in winter each year, the construction period will less than seven monthsa year. Obviously it cannot meet the speed of urban construction, and promote thedevelopment of economic. In order to shorten the construction cycle, the need forwinter construction, in this case, how to constuct in the cold northern winter becamethe unit key consideration of the construction. Qing he Bridge is a city bridge whichconnect Hong-shan zone of Chi feng City and the new developing zone in Qiao-beitown of Chi feng City. The project was officially started in late September2009,required completion date for the end of July2010, spanning a period of winter, a rainperiod of construction, due to start late, pile and pile cap construction has entered thecompletion of the winter facilities, so all the Pier and abutment construction arecarried out in the winter. We research and design a multi-functional integralinsulation shed. The steel for the frame, install a layer of the sun outside the skeletonresin insulation board. Facade insulation shed four welded into one, the integrity ofthe overlying cover. This shed has sufficient rigidity insulation, can shift the overalllifting, working with fast, easy, and the role of both the advantages of theconstruction platform. Such insulation for winter bridge shelf is a reasonablesolution for concrete construction, in the actual project has been effectively applied, the project achieved some results, has some practical value.
