In order to keep balance of electric power system and enhance the utilization ratio of electric power network, the electric locomotive should switch phase in different sections of the railway. In the AC traction power supply system, for the purpose of balancing three-phase load of power system, each phase of electricity is used in rotation, so Phase-separation has to been set on the common boundary of different phase.The driver is required to be manual operation when passing through the normal speed neutral section. For high speed EMU operation railway line section, on the way of the train paths, there are many neutral sections in one hour. When train frequently crossed the points in area, operation not only consuming much energy of driver, but can also divert the attention of driver, which is harmful for the traffic safety. The success of the operation, not only depends on the reliability of the device, but also depends on the skill levels of the driver and road signal instructions, and once a negligence, it will cause charged ran points phase, and influence of the traction power supply system safety operation. Therefore, Study of the high speed EMU automatic passing through neutral section device has a high theoretical and practical value.Normally, The European mode and Japan mode of high speed EMU automatic passing through the neutral sections technology are adopted, the former is considered as onboard type EMU passing through the neutral sections with MCB(main circuit breaker) tripped which the driver manual operation shall be back up operation mode; the latter is considered as ground type EMU automatic passing through the neutral sections with MCB(main circuit breaker) being on, which over-voltage shall be avoided in switching duration.Based on the developing requirement of China EMU and electronic technology, after the shortage and merits of the two kind of automatic passing through neutral section mode above-mentioned is analyzed, the technology scheme of uninterruptible power automatic passing through neutral section device for high speed EMU is proposed, the system structure, function requirement, calculation for equipment selection, and simulation are analyzed deeply. Gradually phase shifting, EMU position test on the centenary, self auxiliary power supply etc. are the new concept for these kind of device.First of all, the thesis introduces the operational principle of traction power supply system and emphasized the importance of research. Then, we compare the different schemes of Passing Through of Neutral Section between the onboard and ground type, and propose the optimal plan of high speed EMU Automatic Passing Through of Neutral Section with MCB on.Secondly, the thesis propose requirements of the overall design of EMU automatic through the neutral sections with MCB being on, and design a main circuit, rectifier power unit, IGBT inverter power unit, the power unit reactor and control system, and the related parameters for analysis and calculation.Thirdly, in order to improve the capacity of device, we study parallel inverter mode, analyzes the reasons of the circulation and influencing factors, the application of the circulation control prolepses realize inhibition;Finally, the thesis calculates the capacity of device, relevant data, choose corresponding main circuit capacity. Then, switch capacity of the form, miniaturization transformer capacity and performance parameters are analyzed, and the single phase form, according to single arm pantograph and double arm pantograph, choose suitable form rectifier module and inverter module; In the end, on the basic of MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation analysis and combining with the test data, the correctness of the theory was verified. |
