With super-capacitor application promotion, the requirements for its performance becoming more and more high. In order to improve its performance, the research of super-capacitor characteristics still required in this background. With the help of the super-capacitor test system, we can get the technical data and work capacitance characteristics of the capacitor to guide the connection of series and parallel. Also super-capacitor is inseparable from the basic research of the testing system, through the monomer test can understand monomer performance in-depth. The modeling of super-capacitor has great significance. Nowadays, there is no instrument that can test the parameters comprehensively in the market for super-capacitor and the precision and speed of individual performance test system is slow. For all these reason, the research of super-capacitor test system is necessity.This paper designs a super-capacitor testing system with reference capacity, ESR, voltage, current, energy, capacity and temperature measuring function in the process of charging and discharging. System includes power supply circuit, charging and discharging control circuit, temperature control system, data acquisition and processing system and anti-interference circuit. In fact, the system realizes the performance parameters measurement of monomer capacitance. In the end, the essay makes a evaluation at accuracy of the test system’s results in detail, including static and dynamic measurement precision. All of the study and the method that mentioned above are the central part of the paper.The super-capacitor test system of this paper can meet the market existing monomer capacitor voltages under the conditions of different current levels of charging and discharging experimental requirements. The current range can achieve3A wider than the current of market instruments2A. The precision and speed of this system can meet requirement of super-capacitor’s dynamic performance, and the accuracy of the system is3%. Through this system, it will be more convenient for researchers to study the performance of the super-capacitor. And also, it can provide valuable references for the super-capacitor group design.
