| Energy shortage is a global problem, and wind power has got the high attention of the countries all over the world as a green new energy. Due to the hostile natural conditions in wind field, the damage rate of gear box is very high. Because planet gear structure is an important part in gear box of wind generator, researching the dynamic characteristics of the planet gear transmission system in normal and fault condition is great significance.This paper has set in wind power and has taken planet gear structure as research subject, has researched its dynamic characteristics in normal and one broken teeth fault condition. From internal dynamic load, modal analysis and the final dynamic response, this paper has found the different of the planet gear in normal and one broken teeth fault condition.Firstly, this paper has analyzed the failure mechanism and vibration characteristics in theory, and concluded the features of one broken teeth fault signal in the time domain and frequency domain. Secondly, this paper has studied the internal dynamic incentive of mesh gear, analyzed the producing mechanism of mesh toughness, and drawn the mesh toughness curves of the mesh gear in the normal condition and in the break teeth fault condition. In this section, also has simulated the mesh impact of mesh gear with LS-DYNA software, and drawn the mesh impact curves of the mesh gear in the normal condition and in the break teeth fault condition. The last, this paper has analyzed the modal and dynamic response of the planet gear, and drawn the time domain and frequency domain curves of the normal planet gear and the fault planet gear.Through researching its internal dynamic load,the modal analysis and the dynamic response of the planet gear in normal and fault condition, has found the difference between the one break teeth system and the normal system. The difference has provided more sufficient theoretical for rapid diagnosis and monitoring condition of the gear box system. |
