Energy is the material basis of the development of human society and itsdevelopment determines the future development trend of the Earth. People have beenfavored Electric Power as a clean secondary energy. The power of China has beenmainly in thermal power. Power plant boiler water wall as one of the heating surfacesof boilers, it is of vital importance in the power plant’s safety. Supercritical Boilerthreaded vertical water wall have the simple structure and the excellent heat transferperformance, but it is prone to water wall deformation and tube rupture. Therefore, tostudy the Supercritical BoilerVertical Water Wall has a practical significance.This thesis studies threaded vertical water wall in supercritical "W" Flame Boiler,mainly from the dynamics of boiler water, boiler furnace accident location of walltemperature distribution to explore the cause of the accident boiler. This study bringsout three main results:(1)According to Hydrodynamic calculation standards, reference to the formerSoviet Union calculate standard and select the appropriate calculation model tocalculate. The results show that the characteristic curve of the boiler Hydrodynamicand the actual Hydrodynamic curve match, Hydrodynamic characteristics curve slopelarger, a strong anti-interference performance, only in the individual traffic isdangerous. The pulsating parity between the tubes showed that the pulse does notoccur between the pipes. But the total pressure drop has periodic pulse.(2)Deformed in the boiler water wall, the location of the temperature measuring ispointed to build the right wall temperature calculation model. The results show that theboiler fin temperature higher than the former one. Before and after the walltemperature distribution is bimodal form, side wall of the maximum wall temperaturein the middle of the temperature distribution in a single peak, calculate the walltemperature of the shape and the outer wall of the actual wall temperature are similarin shape.(3)Water wall to simplify fixed flat, calculate the severe deformation of the boilerwater wall, results show that the deformation will seriously reduce the boiler allowablemaximum temperature difference between the screens. And the boiler is not over-temperature,low temperature difference between the screens, which have burst pipe. Thrust reverser accordingto the temperature conditions of deformation in the circumstances under which the boiler will be severely deformed. Water wall deformation might either lie in the boiler wall temperaturedifference between inside and outside, or lateral water wall deformation different.
