Digital simulation has become the major scientific methods and means of thepower system planning, operating, decision-making and scheduling; Electric powerload is the main part of the power consumption, so the accuracy of the model has avery important impact on the accuracy and credibility of the power system simulationresults.First, this paper has a study on different capacity distributed small hydropower;and whether it is access distribution network by concentrated way, or to have a spreadout way access distribution network, both produce an effect on the comprehensiveload characteristics of electric distribution network, and this influence increases alongwith increasing access proportion .Moreover, the influence of centralized accessdistributed small hydropower for distribution network comprehensive loadcharacteristics is greater than the decentralized access distributed small hydropower, and analyses the statistical regularity summary.Secondly, this paper investigates modeling of regional distribution network loadwhich contains distributed small hydropower. This paper has a simulation andanalysis in two different kinds condition, That is when the access small hydropowercapacity ratio is less in the total load capacity of the power distribution network areaand the area primary load is static load, the area load characteristic can be used toequivalent describe as the static load mode, and if the regional load is mainly dynamicinduction motor load, the area load characteristic can be used to equivalent describeas the induction motor in parallel with the static load comprehensive load model. Thesimulation results testify the feasibility and correctness of the two cases equivalentmodel. Finally, this paper deliberates the effects of the power distribution networksystem simulation caused by the uncertainty load of the model parameters and theactive power and reactive power changes caused of by the uncertainty of theequivalent of static load model parameters and dynamic load model part parameterwas analyzed emphasisly and simulated. The results showed that the uncertainty of some load model parameters of the distribution network system simulation has asignificant influence on the active power and reactive power characteristics.
