The pressure pulsation noise of hydraulic system become one of the importantfactors to hinder the progress of hydraulic technology, control of the hydraulic systempressure pulsation is very important. Practice has proved that hydraulic muffler iseffective to reduce the input impedance of the system and increase the pressurepulsation attenuation and absorption. Structural vibration muffler has been widelyapplied in the control of hydraulic because of simple structure and low loss,. However,the structural vibration muffler has strong selectivity and large volume in theelimination of low frequency pulsation, it is unable to meet the practical applicationneeds. This thesis propose a thin plate hydraulic muffler which sets the mass of thestructural vibration muffler to a small size thin plate ,thereby greatly reducing the totalvolume of the filter. Works as follow:(1) This thesis analyzed the characteristics of the output flow and pressure of pumpof the hydraulic system, studied the mechanism of the structure vibration muffler,introduced the damping mechanism of several structure resonance fluid filter.(2) The structure of the thin plate hydraulic muffler is proposed, and the filterphysical model and working principle is introduced. Due to the thin plate with fluidloaded is the main component of the thin plate hydraulic muffler, the thesis analyzedits natural frequency.(3) The dynamic characteristic equation of the basic pipelines are introduced. Thetransfer matrix model of the thin plate hydraulic muffler in hydraulic systems isderived; to guide the prototype manufacturing, the effect of attenuation characteristicscaused by main structure parameters of the muffler is analyzed.(4) A test bench is designed and a prototype is manufactured to hold on theexperiment to find out the attenuation performance of the fluid filter.The theoretical and experimental results show that the attenuator is very effective tothe hydraulic pulsation attenuation.
