| As early cement concrete pavement gradually close to design life and the vehicle increa-singly heavy, some highway already cannot satisfy application requirements, a new round ofroad reconstruction have come. The road improvement will often affect the level of highwayservice, and sometimes had to interrupt traffic. Old cement pavement construction of asphaltsurface that add a store is fast, short time limit, and don’t interrupt traffic characteristics, havebecome the first choice of old road reconstruction.Later development of concrete pavement overlay asphalt surface and no system designtheory and control standards, this paper based on G25 Changshen expressway to Cheng Jiang- liucheng section (MeiHe high-speed) pavement overhaul, for old cement concrete roadpaving asphalt road surface of the application and research.First, through Traffic survey to understand the destruction of the old road and evaluatio-n of the original road performance as well as traffic surveys and prediction, by theoretical cal-culation on the basis of comparison with similar projects in the region to determine the thick-ness of the overlay.Second, In comparison with other similar projects and economic,using theoretical calc-ulations to determine the double-layer overlay pavement structure form. Reasonable selectionof quality SBS modified asphalt , hot modified bitumen and high viscosity modified asphaltbinder and glass grille crack control materials , the use of conventional Old Road disease Tre-atment , to determine the overlay design .Third, according to the other similar project engineering experience, comparison of Ro-ad skid resistance, rutting resistance, waterproof, and the economy, finally confirmed the AC-13 as the upper layer of the overlay, from the point of view to prevent rutting consider tochoose the AC-20 for the layer below; With the design of mixing proportion and test detect-ion, select the reasonable proportion.Finally, carrying on sections of the random testing after the completion of the paving,verify the rationality of project quality and design of the overlay construction.this paper studies show that, Under the premise of better road and reflective crackingtemperature dilated cracks, The use of thinner overlay is feasible of Reform plan that add astore in double asphalt mixture (AC-13 + AC-20), USES glass grille paste to prevent emi- ssion crack, not only can meet the design requirement, and can save cost, there are good econ-omic benefit. |
